NORDX 2004

will be held in October 2004, between Friday 15 and Thursday 28. All DX-ers in the Nordic countries are welcome and there is also an "open class" for participants from the rest of the world.

The task is to hear and report one (1) station from each country on the country list, which will be published
on this page (see link above).

Only broadcasting stations between 0 – 30 MHz. No utility, NDB, clandestine or pirate stations. No relay, e.g. BBC relay from Singapore.

Listening time is at least 15 minutes for each station. Program details should be reported but gives no point. Each report should contains:

All reports should reach the NORDX committee as latest November 8.
All reports should be written in English and is to be sent as an attachment (text-format) to nordx@ndl-dx.se Make a recording of each station, which can be used if there are any doubts. The decisions of the jury are final.

Points:
If there are 50 participants and you alone have heard a country, you get 50 points. If two or more participants have heard a country, each one get a point of 50 divided with the number of participants.

There is no contest fee and there is no need to enroll in advance. Just listen and send your entrees to the e-mail address above. And don’t forget to look for news and updates at this web site!

There will be prices to the bests and also other prices, which will be given out randomly among all participants.
