SUMMARY OF THE RULES Time: Friday October 15 to Thursday October 28. Frequency range: 0-30 MHz. One (1) station of your choice in each country should be heard and reported for 15 minutes. Make a recording of each station. Report should be written in the same manner as the example. All stations are to be written in order in one document in country-order as above. Use text format.
